Bishop William E. Stout, Jr., Founder and presiding Senior Pastor of Living Word of Life Ministries in Attleboro, Massachusetts was born September 18, 1966, in Jamaica Queens, New York. As a devoted husband of nearly twenty-five years and the father of seven children and grandfather of five, Bishop Stout is a bonafide servant of the Lord who has dedicated his life to the teaching and preaching of the gospel.
For more than thirty years, William Stout submitted himself under the leadership and tutelage of the late Bishop Hessie L. Harris founder and Senior Pastor of Born Again Evangelistic Outreach Ministry located in Mattapan, Massachusetts. There he held leadership positions as a member of the advisory board, and as the chairman of the Diaconate Board. And in 2005, he became certified and licensed to lead as an ordained minister of the gospel. With a keen sense of community and economic empowerment for underserved populations.
William Stout became the founder and CEO of Brothers in Ministry, Inc. a residential program that worked to develop men spiritually, financially, and relationally as they transitioned back into society post-incarceration. He also served as the Chaplin at South Bay House of Corrections in Boston, Massachusetts where he preached the gospel to both men and women for more than twenty-three years. A man on a mission with a passion to provide for his family, William Stout received a Master of Science degree in Business at Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy, Massachusetts in 2010. He currently works in the office of customer service as a manager at Dell Technology, a global IT company.
In recent years, however, Willam Stout felt God calling him to a higher office in which he should start his own church. Responding to this call, William Stout founded Living Word of Life Ministries and became ordained as Senior Pastor on January 27, 2019, by Bishop Paul L. Mckoy Sr. of International Fellowship of Churches Inc. and Senior Pastor, Ora Jean Harris, of Born Again Evangelistic Outreach Ministry. Not long after, on December 5, 2020, Pastor Stout was elevated to the office of Bishop by Bishop Cordell Allen and Pastor Mamie Allen of Church on Fire International Ministries.
A fearless visionary whose mission is to establish a global ministry, William Stout employs a no-nonsense approach to grounding the believer in foundational biblical truths. Having overcome the challenges of poverty and street life, William Stout draws strength from sharing his testimony on how God radically transformed his life. His fiery teaching and preaching of the gospel in a candid yet loving manner is able to reach the toughest souls in the most challenging of circumstances. Indeed, William Stout has and will continue to grow a powerful life-changing ministry!
